Professional Coaching
Our National Technical Team consists of USSF A, B & UEFA Pro licensed staff. The National Technical Team correspond with all Directors of Coaching (DOC) at each AYSO United club.
AYSO United South OC’s Director of Coaching, Grant Heywood, is USSF A-Youth licensed, has a BA Honors in Physical Education with Qualified Teacher Status and is also a USSF Coach Instructor.
All teams at AYSO United South OC have professionally licensed coaches who hold themselves to high standards. Periodic staff meetings are held to discuss current issues and keep all coaches up to date on modern topics. And while all are professionally licensed, we encourage professional growth and continued education both in AYSO, USSF and other coaching education programs.
