Welcome to AYSO United South OC Player Registration.

We will be using “DropBox” for our data collection to make the registration process as simple as possible. If you are a Team Manager or Assistant Coach and need access to DropBox please contact your Coach.

PLAYER REGISTRATION (Expires July 31)
1. Cal South Player Registration Form – Player Registration Form
a) Suggest you have your parents complete this form using Adobe Reader.
b) Upload a signed form for each player to your Dropbox folder.
c) Obtain three (3) signed copies

2. AYSO Registration Form –
Within aysounitedsouthoc.org registration portal
a) Upload a form for each player to your Dropbox folder.
b) Obtain three (3) signed copies

3. Birth Certificate
a) Upload a copy for each player to your Dropbox folder.

4. Player Photo – required for Player Passes (ID Cards) –
a) Take a picture of each Player.
b) Head shot with no head gear (hat, visor, headband, …) and no sunglasses.
c) Minimum 160 x 160 pixels about 50KB
d) Save the file (First Name, Last Name, Gender/Division, Coach last Name, Year) for example “Landon Donovan Bu12 Klinsmann 2013″
e) Upload a photo for each player to your Dropbox folder.

PLAYER ID CARDS (Player Pass)
Player ID Cards will be issued by the Club Registrar once the following has been done:
1. Player Payments are current.
2. Parent and Player Agreements have been completed.
3. Coach of the Team has completed an Application.
